Submitting a request

Email the contact address shown on this page with your contact email, approximate visit or contact time, and the information you wish to access, correct or delete. Do not attach unrelated customer data, passwords or tokens.

Request scope

Requests mainly concern emails you sent and website operational information that can reasonably be located. The homepage planner does not upload form entries. Downloaded files and clipboard content on your device must be cleared by you.

Identity and the data actually held will be checked as necessary. Limits related to law, security, dispute handling or other relevant retention requirements will be explained. Immediate removal of copies outside our control cannot be promised.

Future functionality

Before enabling accounts, online AI chat or WhatsApp onboarding, the relevant deletion procedures, responsibilities and validation results must be added. This notice does not claim an automated deletion implementation or completed production-service deletion acceptance.
