Written appointment and customer instructions

A future production service would begin only after a customer formally appoints 六芒心 through written service and data-processing terms. 六芒心 and its subprocessors may process data only on the customer's behalf, under the customer's documented instructions and authorization, and never for an independent purpose.

The agreement must accurately reflect the customer's responsibility under applicable WhatsApp terms for the conduct of its Third Party Service Provider.

Safeguards and subprocessors

Before production onboarding, administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and applicable law must be established. The purpose, region, retention, deletion, and security duties of external model providers and other subprocessors must also be stated.

No cross-customer training

WhatsApp Business Solution Data and any anonymous, aggregated, summarized, scored, vectorized, or otherwise derived data must not be used to create, develop, train, or improve cross-customer shared models.

Tenant-local quality and safety evaluation under customer instructions may be retained, but it must not become a cross-customer training asset.
